Mental Pressure, How to Handle it?


Problem, almost everyone has or even is a problem. This problem may be the pressure of each individual soul and not just in the soul that receives pressure. Pressure phase is determined by the individual's own attitudes and the environment were also affected. This pressure can cause many other problems and can even cause physical and mental illness. Here are some tips to overcome mental stress, may be utilized;

1. Be realistic and positive
Is the problem really scary or just a fantasy / our shadow right? Is a result worse than the problem? and what a positive reaction that we can do? This question revealed in us and consider the answer.

2. Enjoy the benefits of relaxation techniques
Relaxation techniques can be done anywhere, in offices, cars, houses, etc.. The steps are as follows;
a. sit quietly in a comfortable position
b. penjamkan eye
c. relax all the muscles of the body
d. pull the breath through your nose and exhale through the mouth while imagining we call "aaa ..."
e. stages do it for 10 minutes while making sure we are in a passive state.

Also the pressure can be overcome by transferring thoughts, focus on other things that can make us more relaxed. Sometimes things are not solved difficult problems because of difficulty but because of exhaustion of the brain in thinking, so that needs to be restored first.

3. Gymnastics / Sports
Gymnastics is an active way to achieve peace, exercise can also strengthen the body's cardiovascular system and a positive attitude. Gymnastics also can overcome the mental and physical fatigue, in order to relax the body muscles are tense. Gymnastics also can stimulate the body to produce endorphins and circulating substances. Substances endorphins are 200 times more efficacious to give peace.

4. Regular diet
Food is also related to the way the body deal with stress. Nutritious foods and healthy can strengthen the body in the face of pressure. Some experts said that vitamin B and C can strengthen the body's extra pressure.
