Symptoms and Causes of Stress


Stress is the body's reaction to situations that appear dangerous or difficult. Stress makes the body to produce the hormone adrenaline that serves to defend himself. Stress is a part of human life. Mild stress is useful and can stimulate people to think and try harder to think and to work even faster and harder in order to answer the challenges of everyday life. Mild stress can stimulate and provide more passionate sense of life is usually boring and routine. But the stress is too much and sustainable, if not addressed, will be harmful to health.

Symptoms
- Being easily offended and angry with friends, family and colleagues.
- To act aggressively and defensively
- Being always tired
- It is hard to concentrate or become forgetful.
- Palpitations or pounding heart.
- Tense muscles.
- Headache, stomach and diarrhea.
- Complications
- High blood pressure and heart attacks.
- Mental illness, Hysteria.
- Eating disorders such as loss of appetite or excessive eating.
- I can not sleep (insomnia).
- Migraine / headache.
- Sick ulcer.
- An asthma attack that adds weight.
- Skin rash.

Causes
* Genesis of everyday life both happy and sad like:
- Married / no children.
- Starting a new job / moving house / emigration.
- The loss of a loved one either because of death or divorce.
- The problem of personal relationships.
* Lessons school or work that requires a strict time schedule, and or working with a hard top and less understanding.
* Not healthy.
* Environment as too crowded, too many people or too hot in the home or workplace.
* Financial problems such as debt and spending beyond.
* Lack of confidence, shy
* Too ambitious and aspire too high.
* Negative feelings such as guilt and did not know how to solve frustrating.
* Unable to get along with, lack of support my friend.
* Making decisions that can change the problems in his path or forced to change the principle of private life
